Bill Keith is a member of DSMW’s litigation group.  His practice involves a variety of business and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, banking and securities litigation, employment, and real estate litigation.  Bill also has experience representing lenders, loan servicers, and other secured parties in connection with receiverships, foreclosures, and UCC litigation.

Bill attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Florida State College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and order of the coif.  He is admitted to practice in California and Florida, and the District Courts for the Southern District of California, and the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
